Sat in drive-thru for 20 minutes (only 2 people in front of me). Ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget combo with a large Coke & a medium chocolate frosty. Ended up getting 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets, small fries, medium fries & a chicken sandwich. Had to ask 3 times for my drink. Had to wait additional time for my frosty. Tried to call the location, they must have the phone off the hook because the line was busy. Oh, and when I asked for my receipt, I was given a dirty look like it was an inconvenience to give me a piece of paper. I was charged for what I ordered...but was not given what I ordered.

I don’t usually go to Wendy’s but when I do, it’s always something at this location. I’ve only been maybe 3 times, every time, it takes 15-20 minutes just to get to the window at the drive thru and also my order is always wrong. I get the same thing every time; chili cheese baked potato and 2 kids meals, they only give me one kids meal, every time I’ve went. Hopefully things get better

Man! Where to start. I placed An order @ 11:40 & arrived at this location @ 12:05. That’s 25 minutes right? Guess what? They never received my order. They had to go back and check the incoming online orders. Keep in mind all I ordered was A Caesar Salad. So I wait an extra 12 minutes at the counter. Meanwhile the manager is over by the Fridge storage container where they keep the salads. She starts throwing away the pre-made salads. I’m thinking, ok bad batches, hope I don’t get one. You guessed it. I got handed my order and couldn’t really see due to the salad was tossed all over the place, so I gave them the benefit. I only had 30 minutes for lunch, so it was gone by the time I got back to work. The salad had bad lettuce in it and the chicken wasn’t cut up like I usually receive it. Didn’t mind the chicken part but SERIOUSLY! I remember A time when Wendy’s was A nice establishment, where the Elderly hung out. I work with them so it was peaceful at that time. Instead there are young kids working that have no clue what quality stands for and rap music playing over head. They say they are committed to serving THE BEST Quality Food. Yeah OK. If only Dave would see what his company has become. 🤦. Maybe it’s just this location! 🤷. Either way, NOT AGAIN.

Apparently it is ok for Wendy's or it's employees to steal from cuatomers... Ordered the $5 biggie bag. Paid to upside it to large and also ordered a medium chocolate frosty. Got 2/3 of a small(?) fries (and no...they didn't fall out into the bag, the window chick smashed a BBQ sauce on there to cover the gap) and a small frosty...but remember... I paid for large fries and a medium frosty. My drink was right and my burger was warm...my chicken nuggets were cold. And it took approximately 6 minutes once I got to the window to get this bag of mystery.
