For being someone who used to work at jack in the box, you would expect alot more courtesy and accuracy on your orders everyday as a regular customer. Hire someone new that's actually polite for your morning shift, Jennifer seems to always have a attitude cuz she has to step away from her cellphone to take an order. Attitude from the time she takes your order (especially if you wait to see your order correct on the monitor) til you get out the drive thru. I understand the job gets frustrating but if a customer is being polite when you clearly have an attitude CHECK YOURSELF or find a new job you can mentally handle. Also, don't ask for anything special on your order either cuz they'll do the opposite on purpose, I ask for a chicken sandwich easy mayo and they FLOOD my sandwich with mayo (for the 3rd time) everytime I ask for easy mayo they always add EXTRA. Photos below are 2 separate times I asked for EASY mayo..

ZERO STARS ......Their staff is not friendly ....manager looked at me as i entered she said nothing (waited almost a min before order was taken ) when she asked for my order order was not verified...was not given my receipt (had to take off printer myself ). and THANK YOU goes a long way(No one said thank you and when i was given my food and said Thank you they just looked at me like I insulted them (where have manners gone ? ).Jenny's tone of voice changed when she spoke to her crew from speaking to the customers in drive thru and with myself...very unwelcoming location. A manager should lead by example ..Jenny needs to step up her customer service skills and so should her team (a team is only as good as their manager. ) I know how hard fast food industry is and I appreciate all fast food workers (that is why I was nice not to say something right there ) but CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE # 1 priority Hash browns where super greasy.

Every night between midnight - 4am they claim "the system is down and we can't take any orders" among many other ridiculous reasons as to why they can't take your order. I'm going to rate their excuses here: 1. "System is down" 0/10 (what does this mean? You can't take a payment?) 2. We're out of "xyz" so we're not serving anything. (2/10 so the entire menu is inaccessible? unoriginal excuse) 3. "System is down again" (I feel like after the 6th time I heard this it was beginning to feel more like a made up excuse) 4. Silence. (4/10 so there's no one in the store?)

I really tried to give this Jack in the Box a chance by going at different times,.. like weekdays and weekends but the service is still poor. I'm not sure if their overworked or just over it but I always have the same issue with my order..either it's not made right, the food is not hot, and when I buy extra I'm given the regular serving. I know some customers can be rude but I've worked fastfood before so I know it can get hectic real quick so I'm very patient and understanding but when you act as if me wanting my order right is a problem,now that's where I draw the line. I really hope they can improve in these area.

That Jack in the Box suck all th way around. Customer service and food. I live 1 min away and will travel a few miles to another location.
