If you put in a reservation and cancel, don't expect to get it back until you jump through your a$$#ole. Put in a reservation for a Bronco in July 2020, decided in March 2021 to cancel because the color combo we wanted was not going to be available until 2023 at the soonest. Said the refund would take 30 days to process. Remembered the reservation was cancelled in November 2021, contacted the dealership, they said it was cancelled in March (duh), and that it would take 7-10 business days to process. Never got it again. Remembered about it in February and decided to contact Ford corporate, "It should have been refunded in November, but your card on file shows that it expired on 12/31/2021. You'll need to go on the Ford website to update your new card." I do that with the rep on the phone. She sees the number was updated and tells me again, 7-10 business days. Remembered about it today (5/27/22), go on the Ford site, not refunded again, note says to contact the dealer. Call Raceway Ford, refund is issued as of today 5/27/22 and I ask for a verification to be sent to my email. Contact Ford anyways to confirm, and ask what happened with the refund in February and November. Nothing is showing that any refund was authorized from the dealership in either month. The Ford rep says I should get the refund in 7-10 business days. 10 business days is 6/13/2021. I guess I need to put it on my calendar and not trust that Raceway Ford will actually refund me my damn deposit. Update: Refund was finally issued on May 27.

Placed an order for a Maverick hybrid with this dealer back in September 2021. The ordering process was smooth, they communicated any updates about my order in a timely fashion, and the purchase/delivery of my order couldn't have been any easier or gone any smoother. Most everything was worked out via email or text. When I arrived my custom ordered Maverick was sitting on the showroom floor waiting for me. There were signs in it that had my name on it. Seeing my truck on the showroom floor with my name on it, made it a cool experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

We are sorry Audrey but our Quick Lane is closed on Sundays. We are open on Saturday until 4 however, maybe next weekend you can make it in!
Arturo our Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center is open until 4:00 on Saturdays and they can get you handled!
