I bought some items. They didn’t work and brought them back with the purchase record on my phone and with my credit card with me. But I couldn’t find the receipt. I asked if I can return when I was buying. I’d been only told the items should be unopened. The store didn’t pay my return without a receipt. Manager Imran was not nice as well. Left the items in the store and went out without any refund. Depending your returns on receipt is only tricky. No need to be cheap; please be solution and customer satisfaction focused !!

Twice now I've called ahead to see if they have something in stock and was told yes only to get there and find out they don't even carry the item. The staff has no idea what they sell and are incredibly unhelpful.

This lil hardware store is slightly pricy, but they have always had what I needed and the staff is helpful and know their stuff. I'll happily pay a couple bucks more to support a locally owned franchise than to trek up to the Home Depot where part of your money goes towards supporting 45 and his ilk.

Don, We do not carry items like that and most likely only the manufacturer can supply that part. I would suggest checking with Presto directly.
