I wish I could give em zero stars but unfortunately they always seem to have what I need. As most of the one star reviews state management is extremely rude and are zero help. I walked over after two phone calls which no one answered was on hold for 20mins before eventually getting down to the store. I walked and asked if the phones are working and explained that I had been calling to check if an item was in stock at this location, and without missing a beat the manager says “sometime they work sometimes they don’t what can I do it’s out of my hands.”

I have being buying all supplies i need for home and for work here for 3 years… they have basic things you need so usually i buy take a look here before ordering on amazon… i need to replace a pice and i brought it to but a exact but they didn’t have it, they had a similar one. the person in the cashier asure me the one they had was going to fit what i need but if it didn’t i could get a redound with not problem, he was very nice and polite so i bought 8 of those pieces… They didn’t work and i went to get my refund and there was someone else and who didn’t like my request and just give me a bad look, and he just seems upset and there was no more the gentle and nice customer service that I used to get there … of curse they took 15% for restocking fee… something i wasn’t told at the beginning….anyway the worst part was the attitude.. so i think i wont come back …
