The support staff at this office are very stigmatizing over addiction. They do not treat people that suffer with a substance use disorder in an acceptable way. They are accusatory and nasty. I've heard good things about the doctor, but whoever is on the phone should get a little more educated. I will never refer anybody here again. I'm disgusted.

I use to rave about their service not so much anymore. Since their move and covid your concerns are either ignored or pushed on outside care. They have failed big time!

Oldendorf staff is welcoming and professional. The receptionist was nice to talk to and able to schedule an appointment easily. Dr. Hedy Migden is very personable and a great listener. The visit was thorough and all of my questions were answered to help me improve my overall health. Best primary I have ever met.

I called to schedule an appointment, and somehow I was directed to Dr. Oldendorf personal cell phone, while he was on vacation. Both of us were baffled as to how this happened, never the less, he still took the time and spent at least 10 mins on the phone with me and got a call the very next day, and the day after that had an appointment. So far, I haven't even met him in person, and Maybe I never will, but he definitely is a personable doctor that seems to care and take time even when on the other side of the country.
