Appt time 12:30 pm Check in 9:50 am got dock straightaway and unloaded in 30 mins. They have washroom. They only difficulty is taking a u turn inside the roof.

Everytime i come here its the same thing very slow loading and the spanish guy that checks you in is very rude and treats you like a nobody. You have to stand 30mins at the window until he feels like getting up to check you in.
