Great chocolate here! It’s the oldest candy shop in AMERICA! Pretty sweet. The workers were super friendly. The milk chocolate hot cocoa was VERY good. The perfect drink on a cold fall/winter day!

Went there just before closing time, but the staff was very friendly and patiently introduce us the shop and chocolate. They have pre-packed chocolate boxes, but you can also pick your own to assemble. We end up picking our own, and the staff has the magic to fit in all of the chocolate we wanted into the box!

Great treats, great aura and a true old scho feel, but be prepared to spend some money. It is NOT cheap, but very worth the prices.

I stopped by to pick up a gift for my girlfriend, and we were not disappointed, the staff was fantastic with their recommendations. I just made it back home to the west coast and I wish I would have bought more. Plus the smell of chocolate being made in the backroom is amazing. I will definitely be back.

Use Google to look up parking garages or parking Panda app to find best prices All of them will be a little bit of a walk as there is nothing on actual market in Old City
Hi Pat, We will have Chocolate Rabbits, but not other figures. We do not put names on Chocolate Rabbits, but we do put them on our Buttercream Eggs. Thanks!
No. It’s been owned independently by the confectioners inhabiting it since 1863.
We are not allowing customers inside, rather we have a take-out window installed in our door. All customers and staff are required to wear masks at all times. Our customers have hand sanitizer available to them, and we wash our hands regularly. Our staff also answer symptoms questionnaires everyday and are guided by our health and safety officer. Pre-ordering is also available through our website shanecandies.com/shop if you wish to shorten contact time.
No, Shane Confectionery has only ever existed at its current location 110 Market st.
