I would leave no stars if I could. This has been a trying experience the entire time she’s been my agent—inattentive and unable, apparently, to answer emails. My wife and I bought a house last summer and moved into it in September—I spoke with Jane at length about obtaining homeowners insurance and dropping our rental insurance, but also updating our vehicles to the new address. While she dropped the rental and picked up the homeowners insurance, she failed to update our address, so our new vehicle cards had our Old address on them, which we didn’t notice for months because in the process of moving I broke my foot, so my priorities were elsewhere. Fast forward to now (April) and we STILL don’t have our physical insurance cards with the correct address. When I spoke to Customer Service about it, they EASILY discovered that our address was Not changed in the overall system. UPDATE: Someone from Jane's office, Not Jane, tried to reach out to me only AFTER I posted this review. She asked what she could do, to which I replied that she could leave me alone while I found another agent or another insurance company. She SHOULD have offered to fix the issue, but did not. And she promised that my insurance cards were in the mail. Then--HUGE SURPRISE--they only sent cards for one of our vehicles. I cannot stress enough how incompetent this entire office is. None of these people should be working with the public. How incompetent do you have to be to not update someone’s address in over 6 months!? She then had the audacity to send us bills instead of our cards. Bills how “moving”, which we were Never informed we would be receiving. Absolutely terrible experience. I wouldn’t wish this office on my worst enemy. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! You Will go insane from sheer ridiculousness. SECOND UPDATE: The agent has now replied to this review, saying she is sorry we had a "less than stellar experience with their customer service team". No, Jane. It was with you, specifically. You and your team. Customer service was actually Amazing! She also said, "Looks like we missed the mark". Or, you know, COMPLETELY ignored me and any of my requests for updating my account or sending me cards. This is literally your ONLY job, and you couldn't/didn't do that. What can you do? Quit. It would help a lot more people than just me.
