At Moss you are Not the Boss, I have never had a car dealer be a big jerk like Moss Chevrolet in Moreno Valley. Lie after Lie. We had a deal on price. Then price gets raised by $8k Don’t deal with Nick. Actually you should go to a different Chevy Dealer. One whom is honest and will honor there word. Please stay away from Moss you are Not the boss! GM says call him! Just said to call him to fix things. Just BS to make it look like he wants to do something. He is as bad as the other jerks that work there! Do yourself a favor and go to a honest Chevy dealership. Look at the other reviews!

I was greatly marked up for the vehicle I purchased and believe I was taken advantage of. Being a young female who has not navigated this process, I trusted the men who sold me this car. One of the men (Mickey) literally cried tears to me saying he wanted to help me because his daughter and mom had bad experiences. I trusted them. Instead of telling me the total sales price of the car, they told me the cost of the monthly payment. I was never told the overall sales price until I met with financing. On a sticker price of $37,000, I ended up paying $55,000+. I am disappointed by everyone involved. I told the initial salesman Nick I could not afford the markup of $49,000 and ended up paying even more than this. I will NEVER use this dealer again, and am very disappointed in myself for not asking for the total price and believing them when they acted like they were giving me a “deal.” I am sick to my stomach knowing I even emptied my savings for a down payment that didn’t do anything. I don’t think there is anything I can do at this point but if there is I would greatly appreciate any support. :(
