This store should be shut down. 0 customer service to start out. After taking all of our information and not having the phone we went there for, we did not sign anything or make any changes there. The lady made a ton of changes to our account including adding a line, changing our plan and adding add on. Had we not noticed through the app she would have doubled our bill. Theifs. Don't ever go here!

Horrible service! I was with sprint since 2008 and never had any service issues. Since T-Mobile and sprint have merged I have had nothing but service and wifi issues. I was streaming hotspot to my tvs and laptop for years with sprint. Now unable to stream anything and actually had to get another service (comcast) for cable and wifi. This cost me an additional $150 a month. Absolutely do not recommend this company! When I have reached out to T-Mobile for reimbursement they offered me $12.00. Laughable.

I had to take away 1 star due to their employee but typically they are trustworthy and helpful. I got help from TE who typically works in the Ft. Pierce store. Unfortunately, he in this store the day I went in. He is a complete con artist. He added a protection plan to my plan after I said I did not want it. That's $24.40 a month. He tried to put on the screen protector they sell in the store for $40 after I said I did not want it. Worst of all, he told me I could upgrade to a new phone (which is not why I went in) would be a free upgrade with my current phone being traded in. Well that was not true at all. They are crediting me $13 a month but I have to pay $20 a month! I'm so angry at getting taken advantage of and now have to pay on a phone for 2 years that I didn't even need!! I don't want it to happen to anyone else, so I had to post something. BEWARE OF TE!
