Really nice store if you're looking for an upscale bike. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. However, not a good place to go if you're looking for a first bike or an inexpensive one as they're pretty expensive.

Very disappointed in the customer service, was promised multiple callbacks for parts I really needed and the company of the bike only could receive the order from the retailer. All the employees have been súper laidback and non caring towards our situation- and even didn’t want to service our bike due to a small missing end cap. (Bike is still fictional without it) buying $3k bikes in cash with them and they did not care one bit after

I thought I'd be scoffed at for bringing a mangled dept store cheapie into this shop full of high end bikes. WRONG. I was treated with nothing but professionalism and respect. They fixed all of the issues at a fantastic price and had the bike back to me later that day. Shout out to Brian & Brandon, you guys are awesome.
