I love the pharmacy staff. I wish more people could understand the sheer volume that goes through this store. The pharmacy staff have always been a pleasure to work with and have always gone above and beyond to help with prescription issues. When the pandemic hit, my sons medication supply chain was basically stopped. He has a life-threatening condition and his meds keep him stable and alive, so when everyone was out of stock I freaked out. The staff at this location called many many other locations to find his medication and directed me to where I could pick it up. They are also MUCH easier to communicate with, and they put notes in their system so I don't get asked the same questions, than the Wal-Mart next door. To the other reviewers, just because you choose to pick up at the busiest times does not mean that the staff are not doing their best. If you don't want to wait in line, go at their slower times. If you can't go when it's slow, then know you'll wait and mentally prepare yourself - you can't control the wait but you can control how you react.

Been going here for 13 years and never had any major problems. Love the pharmacy's automated system that calls/texts when prescriptions are ready. Sometimes a kind word or smile can make all the difference in how you're treated.

Older lady who works the front counter needs to learn basic customer service. She did not greet me, did not help when I had a question, and was rushing me. As I was shopping, she stared right at me which made me feel uncomfortable. I still thanked her when I was done and she just kept talking to another customer. Unfortunately, I won’t shop at this location anymore.

The pharmacy is extremely slow but they did try to help and go above beyond to provide information on my recent scripts and get them filled correctly. (It was wrong initially) The store itself does feel and look like it isn't taken care of like others I frequent and the front register girl (the normal cashier up front not pharmacy tech) was clearly unhappy and unfriendly; seemed quite irritated to help. Coming from a corporate job it stands out more often when people aren't able to put their best face forward for clients, yes we aren't sure what's happening in her personal life or maybe she was not feeling well, but to let it affect you enough to seem unconvinced when checking out a customer is a little disheartening.
