We went to La-Z-Boy today to find a new recliner to add to a planned living room remodel. But almost immediately upon entering we saw a perfect sofa and accompanying love seat with 4 total reclining seats. We had considered the possibility of 2 recliners, one on each side of a sofa. This pairing was so much more design friendly. We immediately connected with Shelly Saiz who explained all of the designer assistance available to meet all of our arrangement needs. With a limited time special going on we were able to purchase the set at 50% off. It was a combination too perfect to pass by. With Shelly's help we were able to meet all of our needs. We have always come to La-Z-Boy first for quality and comfort needs and this visit just reaffirms why this is always our first stop. Thank you for making perfect solutions so dependable Terry and Nicki Miller.

I moved into a new house that was totally unlike anything I have ever had before. It is very contemporary so most of my furniture does not work. Brady and Tasha came to my home and found many main pieces that will work with my must keep items. They were wonderful to work with and understood my budget. I am so excited to see everything in place once it gets here. My only complaint is the waiting time for delivery which is not in their control. I highly recommend Lazy Boy and especially Brady and Tasha

Update- chair delivered and is not properly assembled or broken on one side back. Have to schedule a “repair”for brand new $2400 lift chair & schedule it impossibly around when sister is off work. Will Update review following this repair or replace process. Monica is a Great Salesperson, knowledgeable, kind & helpful as I shopped for the right lift chair to suit my Dad’s needs. They are more expensive for a reason- best made, best safety features & good company support. Good Sale going and a veteran savings on delivery! My Dad is so excited to get his Zero-G lift chair.

First, buyer beware if you have any sort of issue with this particular location, it is independently owned and Lazy Boy Corporate will not intervene in anyway, they can display the Lazy Boy name, but Lazy Boy itself will not deal with any complaints with this store. This is a complex issue, therefore a lengthy review ...we purchased a 3-piece group in Sept of 2020, total was over $6700. 2 Pinnacle recliners and a Pinnacle love seat. To get to the heart of the issue, the 2 recliners we received were not manufactured correctly, we had this verified by a Lazy Boy technician that came to our home and inspected them. The sales rep, Judy, agreed that they were incorrect and offered a remake of them. She issued a credit for the 2 recliners and placed an order for the remakes. She said to keep the wrongly made chairs until the replacements arrive. That was in Sept of 2021, we were given a ship from the factory date of 1/18/2022. On 11/18/2021 Judy sent us a text message advising they were still on schedule for shipment 1/18/2022. That date came and no word from Judy, so we reached out, after several days she finally contacted us and told us that the chairs are now scheduled to arrive in July!!! She also mentioned that there were thousands of chairs waiting on parts. I asked if they were still taking orders knowing they had no idea when they could fill them and she said yes! I was appalled that they would still be taking money from people, giving them a date of arrival, knowing full well that it was highly unlikely they could meet that date. We advised that we could wait no longer, that that would be approaching 2 years that we will have waited and that was unreasonable. We said we have paid a great deal of money for this furniture and was not willing to wait indefinitely for it, to schedule a pick up and refund our money. She said she would speak with her manager. The manager phoned us and has now back peddled on the chairs being manufactured wrong; she is now saying that they only agreed to remake them due to a "comfort" issue. Of course, there is a comfort issue, they are not made correctly! We tried to explain to her that yes, the chairs were made wrong, that they were nowhere close to the love seat, nor any Pinnacle chair they have in the showroom, to which she replied that they cannot guarantee that every chair will be like a showroom chair, that things like transportation, manufacturing, how long they have been in the home etc., would make them all different!!! Why would Lazy Boy have a show room, parade people around the store, asking them to sit in different chairs, if there is no way they can guarantee the chair will be the same when it arrives? We tried to explain to her that we received the love seat and chairs the same day so they had sat for the same period of time and that they are still extremely different. She said she could "guarantee" that we had the right chairs, we said you have no way of guaranteeing that, because you have never seen, let alone actually sat in our chairs. Throughout the entire conversation she kept talking over us, was very condescending, and for lack of a better term, snarky. We said that we just want the furniture picked up and a refund, she said she was not able to do that because we have had the furniture too long!!!!!! We tried to explain that yes, of course we have had the furniture a long time, because Lazy Boy could not ship the remake as promised. She finally offered to pick up and apply a store credit for the 2 recliners, not all 3 pieces, which is not acceptable. When you order 3 pieces of furniture to MATCH, you can't expect the customer to now switch 2 of the pieces to something different because you cannot deliver what was originally ordered as a group. Her unwillingness to work with us left us no alternative but to file a credit card dispute, post on social media so no one else is taken advantage of, and reach out to local TV Stations to help spread the word. Avoid Lazy Boy and this store.
