My sofa and recliner are six months old and are showing very worn in spots that are beyond my understanding. Since there are only 2 adults in the house I cannot understand the wear. Has anyone had this problem?

No wear issues...furniture almost 20 years old. Have had one chair that did not hold up well on construction...needing several repairs. But other items (10 or so) have been fine.

Lazy Boy has excellent customer service. I just purchased a slew of furniture from them and they are great. I would suggest getting in touch with your sales person and voicing your concerns.

I had issues with my recliners, wood stapled and pulling apart, the store sent someone out to repair. I couldn't believe that the wood was put together with staples and shared my disappointment in the quality. My sofa fabric is pulling apart under the cushions. I called Lazy Boy about the issue and sent pictures. My husband and I are retired and are not hard on our furniture, our previous furniture was in fantastic condition after 11 years but we wanted new when we bought our new home. Lazy Boy told us the sofa was now past the one year mark so we would Have to pay for the repair. This furniture is only a few years old and showing wear. We will never buy Lazy Boy again. We bought because we thought it was quality furniture, it isn't anymore. If you are under the one year mark they might be willing to fix the problem, after the one year mark you went have much luck😟

No we have not, but call the store they will stand behind their product,.. that should not happen. ..you may need to talk to manager.
