Ron Larson was my store sales associate and he was absolutely amazing! He took the time with me to show me around and answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and I felt that I had his full attention. He has an eye for decor, matching, and great taste in style as well!! I was trying to find items to match my home decor with a lot of preferences and specifics but a tight budget. Ron found me the most perfect furniture piece in the clearance aisle and picked out items of decor to go with it to make it seem more luxurious and pop. He matched items extremely well and had an eye for detail. My cousin is moving to AZ in a few weeks and Ron allowed me to have her on FaceTime to show her around and created a profile for her with her needs on it so she could come in when she moves and order everything completed with price break downs for both of us. Ron went well above and beyond for my cousin and I and if it weren’t for his positive upbeat attitude, attention to detail, fun and appreciative nature, I probably would have went home empty handed and thought about it or searched elsewhere for all my options but Ron sold it to me strictly based on his care and personality. He didn’t feel like a salesman at all and it all came natural to him. Ron needs to be praised at the highest level because he went way out of his way for us. Ron Larson is located at the Ashley’s in Glendale on W Bell Road. Check him out! He’s a great guy with great taste- you will NOT be disappointed by him. BIG shout out to you, Ron! We knew better than to stop in here. But we did. Salesman greeted us and proceeded to tell us all about the financing for furniture. BIG discounts and "interest free" if you finance for up to five years. Some discounts for 1 year etc. I asked him what kind of discounts are there if you pay cash since we do not finance our furniture purchases. "None" he said and walked away. If you need to ask what a price is on most items, you have to talk to the finance department. WOW! When we couldn't afford to pay cash for furniture we bought second hand or took hand me downs. This is taking advantage of people and driving them further in debt. SAD

I will never go through the headache of ordering from this company again. We ordered a table back in July of 2021 for our house that was not completed yet. I was assured by the store I would be able to change dates with no delays. Fast forward to my move in date and after thinking I rescheduled with their customer service department and everything was on schedule I find out that the representative never scheduled it or maybe just didn’t want to tell me that my order would be delayed. I was then told that I could not get my order until the end of May!!! I finally was able to get in touch with the actual real people at the store who told me that they would treat me as priority since I ordered in July and they would still deliver my bar stools that weekend but he needed to talk to the warehouse manager and would let me know. The next day I received no call back so I went to the store to cancel all together because I was just done. They told me that I was rescheduled for the 3/23 but the bar stools were out of stock and they couldn’t do that for my that weekend, another unfulfilled promise from this company. The Friday before my scheduled delivery I received a call that my furniture was delayed and if I would accept a partial delivery. I called back just to be told that yes I could do a partial but it still wouldn’t be 3/23 but now 4/5. Today I received a message about confirming my delivery, I called to confirm, the customer service person was hard to understand and could barely tell me the items I was getting and if I could schedule for the rest of my delivery. I understand fully that the shut downs caused delays which is why I ordered ahead but I still don’t have a place to eat in my new house and the customer service has been awful all around.

A couple things to note at this store: 1. Their prices are about twice as much as the store in Tucson AND the Ashley furniture website while they promote a 50% off everything deal to lure customers in. The same exact dining set I bought in Tucson’s location was double the price here. 2. The salesperson that greeted us should learn not to say “50% off everything in the store” and should say, “50% off regular/retail price”.
