Mother's Day Nightmare! Our reservations were for 11:30. We arrived 15 minutes early. We didn't get seated until 12:30. Hostess was overwhelmed / rude / short. The chairs are filthy and in need of reupholstery. Their espresso machine was broken. Light, gassy, odor was noticed off and on. Hand painted occupancy signs all over. Looks shoddy. Allowed patrons to block emergency exit. Meals took ~ 40 minutes to be served. Eggs Benedict was hard boiled and broken down holandaise had flour added to rethicken. Others had no complaints. Portions were good. But like we've all noticed what used to cost $10 two years ago costs $15 today. The one real positive note was our server, Claire. She had to have been exhausted at that point in the day...but was cheerful, energetic, and on her service game. Conclusions: Someone made the obvious decision to completely overbook the restaurant. The staff were overwhelmed. The restaurant looks like it is on its last legs. Needs a complete remodel. I understand at one point Mimi's had a great reputation, but this was my first experience and it will likely be my last.

Sunday Funday! Arrived for a late brunch.. it was calm inside, not crowded. Was given a very spicy Bloody Mary, which was actually my daughter’s chosen drink. Hot Mama! I drank it while chewing on Rolaid tablets. Nk Food was ok. Nothing spectacular… But not bad either. Four hrs later my digestive system is very mad at me for consuming that spicy 🌶 drink. My own fault for not sending it back. Ya live and ya learn…

I have not been to this restaurant in more than 10yrs. I was so good now. Today it was yummy good. the waitress was friendly and polite. The muffins were warm and mouth watering. My main course was just as delicious.

This was our second time at this location. The first I didnt leave a review, our experience, well there wasnt any. This time though, it was Great. Tons of parking well lit. Indoor and outdoor seating. It was extremely clean and great music. There menu is meduimed priced. Its a sort of Toggle down menu. So once you learn it very easy. Kid friendly. Lots of rooms and seating. Very nice bar set up. Food is great and comes in a solid time. Highly recommend this place. If there were any negatives. I would like to see them clean the ketchup and tobacco bottles before they go to the next table.
