While I usually like this location, they’re the worst when it comes to curbside orders. Most of the time I have to get out of the car to get the food myself and I watched them ignore the phones more times than I can count. This last time I went, is the reason for this review. I went inside to get my food and waited quite a while before someone asked me if I needed help. There were 3 employees working. And I watched them all ignore another customers call as well. Maybe consider having a designated person to handle those orders.

Second chance I've given to this location in the last 3 months. Staff is not happy and food quality is poor place is a mess, as i look around i see broken and missing cabinet doors. I use to eat a BM often and place was always clean with nice/happy staff. This location needs a management staff change IMO. I'll give it one last try in a month or so and see if it improves. Also, what happened to serving in house guests on a real plate not a to go box? (let me guess blame it on covid). Staff also informed me that they no longer have turkey and its only seasonal now. This is a disappointment.

I haven't been to a BM for more then 10 years. It was amazing still! I forgot how it works , but you choose half or a quarter chicken, basically the same price! I was stuffed. I'd prefer the corn to have some season as it's bland, otherwise it was better than I remember! (The picture doesn't do justice, I couldn't wait to eat!)
