Terrible job overall. Poor vacuuming of car interior. The widows had awful streaks. There was no dressing for the dashboard and tires even though I paid for it. This place so much better some time ago.

They did a really good job cleaning our car. We ask them if they can hand wash our car, they had no problem doing it and get a great job. Great customer service.

First time coming here and noticed a few things wrong: The blinds that move sideways feel like they are aggressively BANGING on the side of your car. Second, the blowers barely dry anything as I left, there were so many wet spots leftover This francis & sons car wash really needs major improvements. The other ones at Thunderbird and at Olive are nicer looking and modern.

Its good for a quick car wash. While they did do an excellent job on a seat I needed clean, the vacuuming and cleaning interior needs improvement. While they did put the shiny stuff on tires they did Not do the running boards line I asked. The 2 guys taking my car and cashier were very polite. I did not see those working on interior so can't remark on them. It was a 50/50 job. Some weed great others needed improvement.
