Dr. You has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced at a dentist office! I had an appointment for a cleaning at 9:15am, I was not seen by him until 11:15am. When he began to do the cleaning he seemed like he was in a big rush, he was being very rough when he began the cleaning process, I raised my arm and asked him if he could be more gentle. He did not respond and continued the cleaning in such a rough manner, I literally had tears coming out of my eyes when I asked him to stop again, I told him that I knew he was running behind and that I realized that he was the only dentist in the clinic but that he needed to slow down and not to grind so rough, he in turn said that he was trying to take ALL the debris out, so I responded that he needed to try and be more gentle. He did not respond and continues again with his rudeness and harsh ways. I had enough and told him to stop the process! I stated that I would return another day with another dentist, but I did not want him to continue if he was going to proceed in the same manner. He walked away, no response, extremely unprofessional. I have never had such a bad experience over what should have been a simple cleaning. When I was at the front desk, I did ask to speak with the manager, ( the manager was in office on what was her day off, or so this is what I was told by the front desk personnel), needles to say I was informed that she could not assist me. Over all frustrated with the service to say the least.

I dislike this place, they waste your time and keep you waiting for no reason. If you're 5 minutes late they will never attend to you but when you're 15 minutes early they still keep you waiting for over 45 minutes. Their customer service is poor, staff's at the front desk don't care about you.
