Felt very inconvenienced and rushed by doctor (female, blonde hair, shoulder length) did an extremely quick assessment, didn't address most of my concerns, just that i needed a COVID test done for work which I don't feel i have. I feel like I'm swallowing glass shards and she said my throat was clear. Reception was wonderful, very nice.

Everything about my visit to WellNow Urgent Care was excellent! I made an appointment online, to ensure I was seen right away! That was easy to do! When I arrived, the receptionist was very friendly. I did not wait long before being taken to a private room. The nurse came in to take my vitals and was very kind and friendly. She took care of me quickly and efficiently and genuinely seemed like she cared about how I was feeling! Shortly after she left, the doctor came in. He was also very kind and listened to my symptoms. He also seemed genuinely concerned about my symptoms and how to help me feel better! As I left, the receptionist called out telling me to “Have a better day and feel better soon!” The location was clean! And, I even received a text message the next day reminding me of my post-visit care! Even though this location is 25 minutes from my home, I would make that drive again!
