I called today to make an appointment as I have no internet until June 23rd. The person who answered the phone, Billie told me she could lose her job if she made a reservation over the phone. I told her I was a on going customer and had no internet. Her response was sorry. I will never use this outfit again. Went to Supercuts across the street. They told me that they live on phone reservations and on line. Much better experience then someone telling me they could lose their job over a phone reservation. BS

Have been coming here for years. There is a stylist with an accent that is always loud and opinionated, but It's a deal where you smile and agree and get a haircut. This time she was all out rude and unprofessional to the point I will travel to not go to that location and may just drop Great Clips all together. Someone else on here reminded me of Famous Sam's. The young lady that actually cut my hair was greatt,, I came for a haircut not to be disrespected.

The young lady working there refused to give my 2 year old son a haircut because he couldn’t keep his mask on. He just turned 2 and doesn’t understand. I ended up going to fantastic sams and they were very sweet and understanding. Update: I emailed them as they requested, they never responded. It is no wonder why their employees treat people badly, they have no accountability for poor customer service it seems. Fantastic Sams was amazing however! They are also cheaper for kids cuts if anyone needs a good place to go.
