Very good! Fast and friendly service. The was was really good and the free air, vacuums and whipes were a nice touch. Prices were okay. The attendants were very nice and friendly but wish they weren't there trying to sell you a membership. Mention it and move on. Otherwise, great place to go and get you car cleaned.

I dont normally leave reviews but since they went over the top to fix an issue I had I feel compelled to give them a shout out. I've been here many times, and only get their most basic wash or one level up. I dont have a problem spending a few minutes detailing myself and dont see the extra chemicals justifying triple the cost. This has been my philosophy for years and I've been happy with the results...until today. Maybe there was something wrong with the machine, maybe it's because it's the middle of a very hot day, or maybe it's because my car was dirtier than normal, I don't know, but for whatever the reason when I was done with my "wash" it didn't look like it had been touched. (I wish I had taken a pic, but I had no intention of leaving a post) I got the attention of the young lady at the entrance and before I could even say anything she started to apologize profusely and told me to pull around, they were going to give me another wash. A manager was radioed, who came over very quickly, and he said the same thing. I could tell he was a little embarrassed, as this was out of the norm and he apologized profusely, as well. I told him that I wasn't in a terrible rush today, and that I just wanted a clean car, not a big deal. It must have been a big deal to him because he upgraded me to a top-of-the-line wash, and I must say it's the best damn automatic wash I've ever gotten, bar none. Kudos for making a disappointing situation an impressive one, and taking the opportunity to showcase the top-tier service. You've made me a believer! The paint and chrome shined like new, wheels and tires perfect, and best of all I didn't need to touch it up at all...not one bit. Thanks again, great job guys!!

My 17 year old went to this location to wash his car a month ago. He was asked if he wanted to sign up for a membership. He told the employee NO 3-4 times. Apparently they didn’t care and today there is a charge for $34.95 on his account. This should not be allowed without a signed contract and especially with a minor. I should have warned my son to only use cash. From other posted reviews it looks like it’s a huge headache to cancel and get a refund. What a scam!

Always people right there to help you if you’ve never been through a wash. The people who load make sure your straight and always have a great attitude. I love the atmosphere there and all the employees and managers are always happy to help you with a smile and make sure you always get what you want. I love the deals they have on the memberships, it’s the cheapest monthly membership and I can come unlimited times!
