Stylist was extremely rude. I have a large scar on my hairline due to brain surgery. The Stylist was very rude and said "you don't want that ugly scar showing do you?" I left the building in tears.

Today was my second return trip to the Great Clips Peoria Station in the past two months. This Great Clips location is further away from my nearest Great Clips location that I have previously frequented but I had such a great experience the last time, I came back again and I’m glad I did because it was a Five Star experience once again. I checked-in online and when I arrived, I was greeted immediately and my spot in line was first up. The inside of the shop was clean, organized, well lit, odor-free, and welcoming. The stylist had my clip notes from my last visit and even remembered me so I knew it was going to be a great haircut once again. My stylist was both friendly and professional. My hair was cut precisely the way I wanted and the stylist let me inspect the work with a mirror to my agreement. Upon checkout, I had my $9.99 coupon that I just received in the mail and left my stylist a $4 tip. Safe to say, I’ll be back again in a few months to go for the Five Star Hat Trick!

Disappointing, checked in online was refused service saying -they do not do blow drys. I drove to this specific city to get my hair blow dryed. 6 hairstylists only 2 people checked in online after me. It’s noon so why would they deny service. Also, manager said they have to take the bresks and she is leaving soon . They said they do not do it on the weekends? Weekends are the busiest time but that is where you make your money. I wish they would specify on the website.

I'm a regular to this place for years. My kids had an appointment 1 hr in advance . When it's our time, we show up, and they told us we didn't cause they had to shut down early , we didn't get a notification or nothing and they were rude about it, never coming back to this place . They lost a loyal customer. If this is how they treat regular customers, I can imagine how they treat new people. I'm never coming back. The manager should get fired. You should never be rude in front of kids. No people skills. Hope anyone reads this goes somewhere else. This ain't the first time I've seen then shut down people. Customers always right but guess they forgot that. Nothing "Great" about this place. Should be called Rude Clips. Rather spend the money for hospitality now instead of convenience.
