We tried to bring my 10yr niece and 5yo daughter. I had seen great things about this place but we got there and it was disgusting. A lot of the areas were closed off, there was caution tape up, ants crawling in the obstacle course, drinks spilled in the areas, foam pits were full of ripped up foam, ball pits were empty, and it smelled like cigarettes. They claim you have to wear their socks but there were people with other play place socks, their own personal socks, and some in bare feet. They were kind enough to give a refund when I asked after being there about 10-15 minutes. I would not recommend.

Great place for place for kigs. To be active and have fun. I like the space it's big.

My daughter had so much fun with her friend running around for two hours. They were entertained the entire time. I liked the different sections to play and seating in all areas for parents. It was warm in the building which was a little uncomfortable hanging out. The snack bar area was disappointing nothing was stocked and we were told the icee machine wouldn’t be ready for a couple of hours. It was already 4pm. Will go back again and see if the snack bar is better.

I love all the different activities areas this place has. Outside was clean but inside the play area was dirty. A lot of the safety protectors are ripped some of the spider web looking flooring inside the jungle gym was not sturdy. This place is really cool but they do not keep it clean, it’s not well maintained and a lot of worn out equipment. My biggest disappointment is their socks!! I was told non slip socks were required over the phone, when I got their they said you had to purchase their socks fine no big deal. I purchase the socks, well the biggest size they carry is large which they gave me and my husband. I wear a women’s size 8 and it fit perfect but it did not fit my husbands who wears 13.5 . We have been to other indoor play places that carry XL. The employee was rude about it and said they stretch and that’s the biggest size we carry. The grips on the bottom didn’t even reach my husband heel and were like ankle socks on him. This place would be really good if they maintained it and carried bigger socks. If you have little kids the 5 and under area was nice and clean. The lounge areas for parents is nice. Over all was not impressed and won’t be coming back.
