From the inspections to the repairs I give 5 stars. Jeremy and Erik came to inspect and they were extremely thorough and detailed. Alerted me of potential hazards for both wood and gas chimneys. Recieved timely proposals that came in below a competitor chimney service who also inspected/quoted. The young lady in the office was great as well with sending info, passing along details related to the job and following up with me because we had to coordinate with the Heating/Cooling company who was replacing the boiler the same day. Went without a hitch! Excellent customer service all around. Thank you!

Yes! If a section of your brick is damaged, we’ll work to carefully remove the damaged brick, and find a replacement brick that matches in terms of both strength and appearance. Then, we’ll put the new brick in place, carefully securing it with fresh mortar.
