Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend to anyone. The nurses and lab are the greatest. I have the best nurse ever "Heidi", she really cares about your health and wellness and shows concern with your well being. In the Lab, try and get the female as she is way better than the guy they have working there. She's a great asset to the Elliot lab.

I had a sick visit with a new NP named Matt. I was very pleased with his listening and understanding of my symptoms. He prescribed exactly what I needed as I started feeling better that night. Thank you Matt!

I've been with Amoskeag Health for more than 18 years with the same provider and I could not be happier with my care. My provider is thorough and attentive. She always takes good care to be sure I'm given the time needed with concerns I have and makes sure I have all tests done to stay up to date. The office staff and nurses work hard. They are so busy and with COVID adding to their stress, they always do the very best. I'm grateful for a good place to go to for my medical care.

I love Amoskeag Health, the staff is super friendly. My Primary Care Provider has taken the time to get to know me and understand what health goals I want to achieve and provides common sense advice that is doable. The only two things that need improvement is the telehealth and the new patient onboarding. for my first telehealth, I didn't receive a text message with the link to the telehealth meeting until 5 minutes after my telehealth checkup was supposed to start. this was partly my fault since my phone was on silent, but I was frantically looking through emails and texts to make sure I didn't just lose track of the meeting room link. I would have preferred to have received the telehealth link 15 minutes before the meeting is supposed to start, that way patients can make sure their camera and audio is working. Getting the link to the room as an email and as a text would be helpful in case we wanted to do the telehealth appointment through our computer. Despite my issues with the telehealth meeting room, the staff and doctors were able to adapt on the fly to make sure that we were able to squeeze in my appointment without having to reschedule to a different day. The patient onboarding just takes a really long time from the point where you call to setup a new patient appointment and the actual date of being accepted as a new patient, and there is no communication in between so you don't know where you are at in the process. I know you can't really do much about the speed at which you can accept new patients, but having frequent updates about where new patients are at in the process would go a long way! I think Amoskeag Health is still a 5 star institution, despite the issues I brought up. The staff is quick to fix any mistakes and can adapt quickly, and even though the telehealth experience isn't the best, I appreciate that Amoskeah Health gives us the option to do telehealth appointments. I Would strongly recommend Amoskeag Health if you're looking for a new Care Provider
