Have yet to actually have my general maintenance completed. However, first impressions when I stopped by to inquire was that this location seems pretty good. I was greeted almost immediately by the Manager and he answered my questions and even gave me a tip for a Lubricant Spray to use. I was impressed that he knew about different vehicles and such. I prefer cars guys that know a thing or two before touching even my fleet vehicles. I will update this review accordingly if my maintenance trip is not at the same level of service but so far so good in my book. I felt the Manager was a straight shooter and seemed like he runs the store well. Plus the location is not completely surrounded by tweakers like the metro locations. So for now this will probably be where I take 95% of my vehicles outside of my German cars. (I am particular with maintenance on those for good reason. Nothing Jiffy Lube can do about that.)

The First visit to the jiffy lube was so bad I wasn't going to return. But my Wife works at Walmart across the street and the new manager said give them another try. This time was one of the best I've had and we were out fast. Expect for the guy who couldn't wash my windows fast but we loved this experience. Thank You

I've used this location for years! Sadly the service sucks now and the quality isn't what it used to be. Being greeted in the parking lot by some kid named Kristian telling me there's like a 2.5 hour wait and they have to do an oil change and tire rotation..blah blah blah. Literally shot down before even coming inside the building. I get that car might need to have a lot done, but after being shot down and sitting in the parking lot for 25 minutes watching no one working on this vehicle, just the same kid walking up to other vehicles coming to the location for services to turn them away, obviously no one wants to work at this location and will do just anything keep their work load light. Super frustrating, go else where.

They did a great job once they came into work. Had to wait for employees to show up. The only person there couldn't do anything due to the fact he was there by himself, and it was a safety issue, but he was very nice and accommodating .
