The finest Safeway in Prescott, they always have the advertised product in stocks. They're always for the customer. I recommend this place great customer service.

I was just shopping at this Safeway and while in self checkout I was scanning an item and tried putting it in the bag and it said to remove and then it said to put it back( not working) then it let me keep it out still showing that it was scanned so I placed it in my cart. After paying the lady working there behind me said “oh are you not paying for that?” You’re just taking it??” And I showed her my slip saying I paid for it. I just find this very rude because she was watching me the whole time I was trying to get the machine to work and not once did she help me when she was two feet away staring at me. And then as leaving she tries to accuse me of stealing. Like what? I seem to have a problem with her being disrespectful to me in self checkout for no reason…almost every time I’m there. You should have kind people working in customer service not someone who’s very rude like her…

I love this place! This grocery store is slightly out of the way so it's never super busy and is typically stocked well as well as the Starbucks that's on site. Never a long wait or long lines in general for both businesses. I also use this pharmacy here and it as well has very short lines if any at all the pharmacist Andrew is very kind and professional. I'd recommend any 1 of these businesses here
