Domino's Pizza

While traveling with my cheer group we needed pizza! We found little Cesar's already closed at 8:30pm! We happened to find this place by accident (coach gets lost) the staff was amazing and friendly! Helped us figure out how many pizzas we needed to feed our crew! They went above and beyond for us that night! To the crew that worked Thurs July 14th thank you! Ya'll deserve a raise!!

The food is Decent but more often than not it take over an hour to get to us when the store is a little over a mile away. I understand short staffing but when the “tracker” indicates that the food has been ready for 45 minutes before it goes out for delivery and when it arrives it’s warm at best. It’s pretty disappointing. I wish they could give me an estimated time on how long it’s going to take because I would have rather loaded my kids up and driven to pick it up if I was made aware of the extended wait times.

So... My wife and I were evacuated because of the Crooks Fire, and we paid for a cheap hotel in Prescott. We were starving so we ordered a pizza from Domino's, and they delivered it really fast (which I really appreciate), but they didn't cut the pizza. I was really upset because I was Hangry so I called them and vented my frustration. The manager (a sweet young lady to narrow it down) offered to send another pizza at no cost. I gratefully accepted and I offered to give back the uncut pizza. She told us to just keep it. So... we did. They brought us another pizza, and we really appreciate them for doing it. I also want to apologize for my Hangry, stressed out rant to them. You guys rock, and we love your pizza!

I used to order from domino's 3 to 4 times a week For the whole facility that I work at Lately I haven't been able to order online because it won't only let you order for a future date so when I call they don't answer the phone. So I finally going to domino's the ladies sits there and stares at me for 15 minutes at the counter counter as she picks up pepperoni with her bare fingers I finally ask her if I can get some help she comes over to the counter and I nicely explained to her what was happening and she says: Well 1st of all I don't control the Internet we don't answer our phones after 10 because we're so short staffed And delivery ends at 10. The Times posted on the door are still 1 and 2 AM. So I asked for a manager and she says she is the manager. So I asked for the phone number for the general manager of the district manager or a corporate phone number that I could call and she says I'm and she says I don't have one they didn't give me a number. I will never order from domino's again there are too many other pizza places out there that might treat their customers a little bit better.
