Worst random spot picked ever to grab some food. We ordered 2 hot dogs and 2 cannolis which easily took 25 minutes + to “make”. The hot dogs were microwaved and mediocre at best. But the cannolis…..my god. They were god awful. I’ve never been served a cannoli where the filling is a runny liquid. How did you even manage to pull that off? Deserves a 0 out of 5

I am all for supporting and put in effort to give our local Prescott restaurants business. We have been customers for years and have had great experiences in the past - that is not the case anymore. I will always make a to-go order and the last 5 orders of mine they mixed up our orders and use the wrong tortilla, not grilled, wrong ingredients, etc. This has been an ongoing problem every visit now. They are always willing to remake it but I have to face the inconvenience of driving back and waiting for them to remake it (I pick it up “to-go” for a reason)… As much as I liked Shannon’s it’s not worth the inconvenience and poor service provided.

Stumbled upon this delightful establishment because parking was open in front of it. Service was impeccable which is hard to find these days. Food was divine - highly recommend the creamy Italian soup! My kids enjoyed their meals and loved the house made lemonade. Prices were great for downtown. We will definitely return next time we visit Prescott.

Truly a hidden gem of a restaurant and not only for delicious homemade cheesecake. At first walk-in, the aroma of fresh toasted bread and tortillas will smack your nostrils like a backhand from your mama at church trying to get you to be quiet during service. The environment is inviting and humble with a classic feel of decor and real wooden chairs and tables like you've just walked into your own grandmother's kitchen; warm and comfortable. All the staff was polite, kind and more than happy to accommodate our loud group of friends trying to enjoy Prescott's finest offerings; even gave us some suggestions on good local bars to try out including one that has been around for over 100 years. Rebecca was kind enough to suggest her custom created wrap that, with fair warning, was in fact spicy but most of all incredibly decadent. When you've been walking all around the town taking in the sights and are looking for something that will warm your heart and stomach -- visit Shannon's (soon to be "The Russo").
