They stay extremely busy especially during the spring/summer season. Despite that, Cory and his team have been very responsive to our needs and making repairs to our pool despite being slammed with other work. Couldn't be more thankful. Holly always answers the phone with a smile and is very knowledgeable. Thanks for everything guys!

Great help. Pool and Spa supply. Parking on Brooks, so good luck. I've been okay so far. Walk in. And there's the stuff. Planning a new pool? It's a schedule the summer before plan. So, plan now what you want, tell Cory the plan, it'll be installed following spring/summer. They are just so busy. I always have them summerize/winterize my pool. They are great. Put all the heavy stuff in my pool house too, when done. I could go to Costco and get cheaper or whatever, but #1 it's incredibly important to me to support local small businesses the best I can, and #2 I like knowing if my pool/ pool parts flips out on me Pool & Pond have my back. Spring 2019, Cory sent someone out to fix my pump when it died. 😭 in the middle of summerize season. He came in between jobs, got me an affordable replacement and ready to go in less than 5 days. Knowing how swamped they are in May, awesomeness. 😁
