I had water damage from a broken pipe. I called Servpro of Missoula and they told me they provide complete repair, mitigation, and restoration services for water damage to a house. The employee on the phone said they could do the complete project and for $174 they would send an estimator to the house in order to accurately estimate the cost of an entire turnkey project, i.e., from beginning to completely restored. After the fee was paid they sent a person to the house and he told me they could not complete all of the repairs. Had they asked me a simple question on the initial phone call, e.g., "is this a manufactured house?", I would have told them it was and we could have avoided the time lost, continued water damage, and the cost of this unproductive visit by their estimator.

I literally called and Bryson took care of just about everything. He handled all the foot work and made sure everything was done. Good person to work with. I would definitely recommend him and Servpro to anyone I know and if I ever need their service again I know I'm going to call. Thanks Bryson!
