Wait times are getting longer and longer annnndd longer here. Only one person inside to help with returns, pick ups, locker boxes etc, and usually a veryyy slow person … The Weird lest thing is they stop customer cars to let 40-50 Prime trucks pass. It has happened to me quite a few times now and every time I hate myself for not remembering that they do this to customer cars, and to remember to not go there next time. Instead go to my kohl’s for the drop off.

I was given a return by my Mother in Law which had the hours of operation printed on it but I arrived to find it closed on Wednesday. Obviously that is reflected on Google maps. But that's not the information I had. How can amazon be closed for returns on a Wednesday? But worst thing was that Amazon customer service wouldn't do anything to help. I just wanted to make this dang return and not have my time be a complete waste. But now I have to go back. Hope they don't randomly change their hours again.

First time using the Amazon Locker. Most of us in line were the same way and were scared to try it. But very simple. In my case I had a QR code on my phone that I scanned and a locker opened and I was done. Nothing hard about if.

I need to make a return and this hub was really convenient. I found the directions that Amazon provided to be rather vague, so I looked up the hub on Google Maps before I arrived. Technically the street you need to turn on into the Amazon complex is Obrero. There are signs that lead you all the way around the edge of the Amazon complex to the very back where the Hub Locker is located. Its very easy to see, labeled with several signs. There are some designated parking spots but parking was not too crowded around lunch mid week. Once I was inside, there was an attendant at the window ready to help me. A locker was located on the left and a small packing station on the right. All in all, the return process was a breeze. Looking forward to picking things up from here as well.
