Worst customer service. We came in here twice and both times, the staff failed to acknowledge us as they just sat in their chairs. We were the only customers inside the little store. My girl wanted to buy some items and I had to advise the rude and inattentive staff that we wanted to purchase something. We spent over $1,000 and I have receipts. Even after paying, the staff members were still rude. We were friendly and respectful the entire time. I guess these clowns just hate their life and working in that little shop. Their attitudes make this store the armpit of the mall. Do yourself a favor and go to Laguna Coin, Quicksilver Coin, SoCal Coin or any other coin or jewelry store. Don't waste your time with these rude skidmarks of the mall. I'm sure their response to this will be comical just like their responses to the other negative and true reviews. These fools have high prices and horrible attitudes. Please go anywhere else but here.

Sold some silver coins there over a span of about a year and they always quoted the best price of all the local dealers I polled -- friendly, courteous service -- kind of a family run business feel [which might be why one of the other reviewers called them rude and said the person on the phone "acted like I was wasting his time". That was probably the older guy who can sound like that sometimes, but that isn't what is going on -- it's more like he's feeling the impediments of age and it comes across as rude or impatient]. They actually value being of service over profit, which is why their prices are lower than the competition. I highly recommend them!
