Worst location I’ve ever visited, not helpful, can’t speak English and they all seem very unhappy. This is a service job, typically that comes with good customer service, sadly most locations I’ve visited have gone down hill. No wonder why USPS can’t compare to the private companies doing this, take some pride in your work!

Usps Supervisor Carlos. doesn't know how to handle a situation. Usps Employees hold my correspondence for over 7 months. Shame on you Carlos calling the cops on me Because of my complaint to USPS I was very respectful and cordial to you. Hopefully you get better training soon.

I paid for Registered / Certified mail... the type you pay for when a signed postcard is returned to you , so you can verify it was received. I did not receive the card... and only after I complained twice online to the USPS did the USPS get back to me with a screen shot of a signature of the person who supposedly accepted my registered mail. My mail did get a response, so I guess it was delivered... but still no explanation of why I never got the verification postcard. So.. if you need registered mail, and get what you pay for, and not have to follow it up on your own time, you may want to try someone more dependable, maybe DHL or some other service. [ I'm not blaming the MV post office for this issue, but the USPS in general ]

Mail guy thought it was funny to try to take off when he saw me walking up with some packages to give him. Not very professional in my book. It's not like he was busy or anything, just talking to one of my neighbors...very immature. Saw him again on a couple of streets over and talking to another neighborhood resident. He seems to have a lot of time on his hands! It's okay though, I like driving to the RSM post office and using the machines to scan my own stuff (doing their job) and not having to talk to any of them.
