Sush a horrible experience at the Grooming department over there! I made an appointment to take my dog for a bath service there, I had a soft copy of his Rabies document that shows my dog got his shot at Banfield hospital. The document shows specifically my dog has gotten his shot at what date and from which Banfield hospital. The girl at the front desk rejected my appointment and her reason being was that it is not a certificate! He told me the doc you have is not as same as the certificate layout they have!!I tried to explained her that piece of doc was given to me by Banfield which is a Petco affiliated and if there is any ambiguity she should be able to pull it up on her end in the system! Long story short if you are taking your pet for grooming make sure they have the exact doc layout they need because they are very picky with a horrible customer service!

Mel dog trainer she jumped in to help me right away with my petco app. to be able to use my rewards. I had some issues with my app. She was very customer service friendly. I appreciate her help very much. Thank you Mel!

I stopped at Petco today to pick up some dog treats as a gift for a friend. I was amazed at what a great store this really is. They have a wonderful slection of everything for dogs, food, treats, toys, beds, and more. Petco has even more things for cats. They also have aquariums and all kinds of supplies for fish. They also have reptiles and cages for them. The staff was super friendly and happy to answer any questions that I may have had. I fun experience, I definitely plan on going back.

The service is good and there is a large variety of products. Although, they don't take the best care of their fish, particularly gold fish. I went with my family and a lot of the tank was dead. Could also work on cleaning up the aisles for there was a large mess of items on the ground in the toy section.
