Guinea pigs are to be bought in pairs only. Not 1 guinea pig at a time. The cage needs to be huge in length or 3 by 5 feet minimum. These animals are not recommend for small kids and the adults will need to take care of them if the child loses interest. Always adopt before you shop And yes petco carries guinea pigs.
