When I dropped off a tank to get filled, I was told it will take longer because it needs to be tested. Taking extra time is fine, but I couldn't get even an estimate (weeks? months?). I ended up calling back less than a month later and was told I'm expecting too much, so I waited nearly three months from dropping it off before calling back. This time, I was greeted to someone trying to sell me tanks and telling me they don't have what I'm looking for. After repeating a few times that I'm referring to my own tank, they finally said it's been ready and then and accused me of missing the phone call ... which phone logs show most definitely never happened. Heck, even if my phone was off at the time, they should have at minimum left a voicemail (but I'm confident they just never called). No question I asked was ever given a straight answer. On top of that, I ended up paying nearly the original cost of the tank, which I purchased brand new from another supplier. Bottom line: These people don't care about providing quality service or about pretending to care when they screw up.

I have had a tank lease for several years. Unfortunately, the last two years, paying for it has been a nightmare. They have a horrible automated reception service for phone calls. I call collections in attempt to pay but all I can do is leave messages, asking for them to call me back. I have a busy life and I cannot take the time to call and talk to a robo-receptionist everyday trying to pay my bill. Eventually, I get another bill with 21% late charge. So I call again, and again and again. Finally, when the robo receptionist picks up, I just start hitting buttons till a human finally answers. She blames the robo-receptionist for not proving voice mails and says it is not a very good system and it has problems.... Well fix the problem.
