The printing and marketing department is a waste of time. They have a rude tone and don’t want to take the time to work with you on anything. Also they have 2 guys standing in the printing section and one lady at the counter. There is no one in the store and they try to look busy as to not help you. Edit this place was so awful I wanted to give - stars.

Extremely disappointed and will never shop at a Staples again. I spoke to someone in store and was told the store would be open till 6 pm due to it being a holiday. I ordered a 250 pick up order and told them we would be there before 6 and that we were coming from 2 hours away. We were able to get someone to pick it up, but when they got to the store at 5:15 the store was closed. No sign or notice. Called the store no answer. Two other vehicles came to the parking lot while there and stated they had pick up orders too.
