I Dislike this office and am starting to dislike AAA. They monopolize the towing industry and may be accepting $$$ kickbacks to only have one tow company for 10's of thousands of people. Which means poor customer service and excessive wait times, as much as 24 hours. Just not worth it

Did a dmv transaction that ended up costing us $3000 on a credit card because the rep at the office and on the phone gave us the wrong information! They said a name change on a title would be completed either the next day or by midnight when it actually is 7-10 business days. We purchased a new car using my credit card for the down thinking I would be able to sell my car to carmax the next day or two. As it turns out I can't sell my old car till it's completed in DMV's system which I have now found out is really 7-10 business days. Now we have 2 cars, two insurance and car payments, and $3000 on a credit card. All we got was we don't know why they told you that when that's not correct, sorry . Thanks for nothing AAA. We will never do another dmv transaction through you or recommend it to anyone else.

Convenient and clean, organized, very pleasant place to process DMV transaction. Social distancing and mask wearing in place. Someone greets you at door, takes your name gets you on the list to be called in. It took less than 10 minutes start to finish. 🙂👍

I'm embarrassed AAA got me to pay the membership fee for the lack of service provided.. I spoke with an employee on Monday who gave me a completely different answer than the employee did today on a title transfer. It is additionally embarrassing that the "15 minute" wait period for the appointment took 42 minutes to get no results.
