I have been going to doctors at Mission heritage for more than three years and they’ve all been fantastic. I never really have a problem getting appointments, seeing my doctor, getting a call back or getting my prescriptions. Its all been very good. I see Dr. Benner as my primary care physician and he’s very proactive.

I’ve been stuck with these people for a few years and I’m very unhappy I mean my cardiologist can’t even call in my prescriptions. My pharmacy called over 10 days ago and I’m still waiting. Do they not know they are playing with lives ??? This has been the case for years in fact two years ago it too over two weeks to get my heart meds. This is completely unacceptable and should be reviewed by some entity that oversees these practices

The phone staff is so incredibly rude and condescending. I got a voicemail from my doctor to call a number and dial an extension and I followed the directions exactly and this woman picks up and is yelling at me and using a really condescending tone telling me that the numbers only for emergencies, even though it says at the beginning that if you’re having an emergency to hang up and call 911. Why do they hire these people? Why would I want to go to a doctor if the phone staff treats you like you’re an idiot?

Money is the bottom line. Miss diagnosis, illness mismanagement almost killed me. Fake nurses think they are the best and are extremely caddy. Never go here if you are really sick and never take a loved one if you want them to be listened to and survive. Sad place.
