Very unprofessional. It’s a drama show up there. They can’t even get appointments correct. They make walk ins wait all day. I had been there from 8am all the way up to 11am. And no one had seen me. Then was told I wasn’t gone be seen. Beverly the supervisor needs to retire because she does not know what’s she doing. If I was you all I will never step foot in that place. There’s a place on Washington. Went there they seen me right away was I. There for 10 to 15 min. Note that brotherhood deserves no stars but I am required to put at least 1.

Operaton Brotherhood has moved across the street and one block west to 3812 W Ogden. Access is at the rear of the adjacent parking lot immediately to the west of the building
