A very "respectable" place with security and rules on hats. The internet is slow and they are thirsty about printing. Events get cancelled or not as advertised. People show up on time and earlier and wait 5- 8 hours for a interview and the hiring company (Allied Security) is doing 30 minute interviews with only ONE interviewer. You may not even get one and go home frustrated. I spoke to the receptionist over the phone expressing that there could be better communication and consideration of peoples time,bus fare,etc. from them and the hiring company. I expressed that they could better advocate for the people they say they are servicing. We have Families. Jobs. School . She acted like it was a privilege that they are even interviewing us black folks. She expressed that they cant control or dictate how the hiring company runs their process so ultimately yall set it up and we float or swim because we cant wait 8 hours to get interviewed. Do better for our community.
