HORRIBLE!! I will be filing an official complaint against the Representative Ms. Jones in the Weatherization Program. The way the representative spoke to my mother was absolutely unprofessional and if it not had been the grace of my mother I would have contacted my lawyer. She was completely rude speaking to an elderly woman who has health conditions that needs some repetition at times and Ms. Jones told her to be quiet and the listen, over spoke my mother, and even told her she doesn’t get paid for what does because my mother was doing too much. That’s insane to treat anyone like that let alone an elderly person. She needs to be fired immediately and issue a formal apology to my mother.

I think it's a place in Chicago with social services and connections to prevent and help homelessness and other problems, maybe for refugee assistance. SALT KILLS VD, CYSTS, WARTS, PARASITES, & other bad stuff. #KNIGHTSOFCOLUMBUS #VIVATJESUS! #IMMACULATECONCEPTION

Hello, I applied for Assistance in March 2022. I was denied because my "electronic signature was not uploaded along with my primary utility bill." I have documentation of me uploading 10 different documents before I was denied. I reached out numerous times to CEDA call center and I was told that I did everything, wait for a response. Nobody has called me, emailed me. No response in 3 months. I then went into a CEDA office, had my documents Faxed over. Still no response at all. Im fact the only response regarding CEDA was asking if I wanted to work for them due to employee 622-76. So now I will leave a review everyday hoping someone in cooperate will respond to me. What I also find annoying is that someone I know has assistance from CEDA. She is a homeowner with a job as a registered nurse. I am im a much worst situation and can't even get anyone to look at my application a second time. Thanks for your time and hope to hear back from someone that knows what they are talking about.

Their employment policy is terrible as well...every year for LIHEAP and associated programs, they hire exclusively from temp agencies, which allows them to not pay any benefits, and also to discriminate against their employees based on religion at will.
Go online type in zip code
Precious...please keep trying.
You will see a credit, but I would encourage you to call the utility to confirm. If you send me your contact info, I can have someone from my staff contact you. Latoya Butler Program Director CEDA
Weatherization is NOT a window program. It is a a program to help save Energy.

You have to go to neighborhood site, not downtown location. But you will need proof of income for everyone in household as well, ss card for everyone. & utility bills.
All you have to do is ask for a copy and if you have a fax machine they will send it straight to you. Or mail it if no fax.

You've missed the deadline.. May 31st was the deadline. You can call and ask for hardship but you only get up to $500 and you have to pay the rest. Another option is to set up a payment plan with your utility company.. CEDA will reopen in October for Elderly & disable people, November-for households facing disconnection and/or children in the household 5 & under, December everyone can apply.... Hope this was helpful...
