I had my case with Frida since 2019. I understand that USCIS is taking longer on cases because of the pandemic but the lady Gisel Espinoza Reyes that helped me fill out forms spelled my name wrong, gave my mom a completely different name and birthplace which put a LONG hold on my case. When I asked her to correct it she said it didn't matter because they check birth certificates. I wanted to switch my case with another organization and it took them 3 months to get me a copy of my case file. I had a lot of hope that they would help me with my case but I am very disappointed. For them it might just be another case but this is my life that has been put on hold because of their lack of ability to look closely at their work to identify and correct errors.
