Poor customer service? I ordered 2 Final 4 shirts by phone, with Tori, and heard her tell the manager these are her 2 shirts. After giving my credit card info, I was assured the shirts could be picked up within the hour. Upon arrival, the manager advises they didn't have my shirts and only had a larger size! Get it together people! I wish Shrunken Head was open. I will get my shirts elsewhere.
Beverly Falls
Located on iconic Franklin Street at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, offers wide variety of team themed items. Was able to special order commemorative shirts online with shipping or in-store pickup options. Was notified by email when the order was ready (which was basically next day). A portion of the proceeds of my particular order go to charity. Owners also display signed jerseys (sorry, not for sale).

Chapel Hill Sportswear has a great selection of Carolina merchandise. We make a purchase every time we travel to Chapel Hill from Virginia. The first floor has a large selection of Tar Heel apparel and merchandise. The second floor is devoted to team apparel. The store has a very convenient location in the heart of Franklin Street.

I would suggest calling the store and inquiring about their return policy. If you bought with a card you can retrieve the receipt
Standard for North Carolina and will be updated as vaccines are distributed and hospitalizations drop. For now: Wear a mask, wait apart, wash your hands, and take your shot as soon as you can.
