I'm writing this review because as nice & clean as the RV park is, I'm very disappointed in some policies they have! SO, just FYI. One major disappointment is that they have a "no smoking" in public places policy, yet when you walk into the common/office area you're hit with stale/smokers air. That also effects the social room, the chapel, and Wi-Fi Hotspot area. Second disappointment is that if you own a RV without owning a vehicle to pull it, then you're not welcomed! I was told by someone in the office, that it's bc you have to be able to move your RV if needed, ie: an emergency. Yet, they have many there sealed up for the season, at their RV site, with no vehicle. Today, when I spoke with Sherry in the office, I asked her to explain the no "drop off" policy and her response was that they don't have to explain it. It's probably a blessing in disguise that I will not be staying there! I hope that you have a better experience.

This review is for the RV storage side of the business. The storage clients are an after thought at best. Although they talk about things like RV dump and water, the truth is the services are only available if they decided not to rent their last spot. Their number one priority is renting every space.. and if there's no space available.. you have nowhere to dump your black tank or get fresh water. This is extremely problematic if you're counting on this service as advertised to dump your tanks when you come back from a trip. This left us in a very bad situation more than once very best situation more than once. We switched to a local lot in the anthem/desert hills area that provides dump and water services.

Very nice RV park. When checking in, give your self sometime. It’s like checking in to FT Knox. They require lots and lots of information. This could be a good thing? Sites are large with all hooks ups a breeze. The Hot tub needs to be hotter. It’s like a hot bath. Pool looked very nice. It was large enough to do laps. I did not use it though. I did see lots of people using. There are many activities that are available. This place is like a small village. Post office, general store, game room and a library. The Hot Air balloons in the evening, always fun to watch. My only concern or complaint about this park is the internet. It is just terrible. You have to use an outside company called: jabba communications. This is suppose to be a high speed internet?? I really think the ole dial up would be faster? We paid the monthly fee hoping for the best. Well do not and I mean do not pay for this. We ended up using hot spots from our phones. Very disappointing. Getting on the internet was work. Then it would disconnect you very shortly. I called the company and they said they rebooted the tower! It was worse than before. As large as this park is, they need their own internet with boosters. I’m a full time RV’er and stay at rv parks with great internet service and guess what? IT’S FREE AND IT WORKS. What a concept. I hope they wake up. It’s something that is needed when working from your RV. Overall I’m giving a 4 star rating but keep in mind, if you don’t use the internet it would be a 5 star. We stayed from 15 DEC TO 15 JAN 2022.

We have be so happy here since arriving mid-Oct. The residents, and staff, are great, the grounds beautiful, and so many activities. We love it here! We were late getting started on getting winter reservations this season, so right now we will be moving Jan 3, as they are fully booked after that. If a spot opens up before Jan 3, we could get the opportunity to stay. Fingers crossed that we get to stay until mid-April!!! UPDATE: We got the call and we are staying until mid-April!! Over the moon happy❤️

No trails within the RV Park> Although there are trails to ride in the surrounding desert. Here's a link to Arizona Game and Fish https://www.azgfd.com/ohv/trails/ Arizona OHV Trails and Places to Ride
If you stay here a propane tank will come by and fill your tank. We live in our motor home and take it to Cosco. It is about 75 cents cheaper than delivery.
One person has to be 55 or older. Right now we pay $540 + elect & that's with good sam discount.
