This park is NOT a resort. It's a DUMP! We said so as soon as we drove in. The site was supposed to be "Premium". It was dirt with a few bushes, a little bit of concrete and someone living in a tent under a tree across from the site. We refused to stay and they refused to refund. Skip this one!!

This is no resort, it is the polar opposite. All dirt, only a few spots have broken concrete patios and or tables. No Wi-Fi and cell service is terrible. Several traveling workers and permanent residents, no problem. However, there are several sites that look like trash dump spots and the park does not seem to care. Stink and flies from the nearby feed lots are very annoying and the large hay trucks on the highway right next to the park got on my nerves. Frequent power outages at several spots throughout the park. Laundry room and horse shoe pits are the only amenities and that a resort does not make. Kids riding quads through the park at too high of speeds and several barking and aggressive dogs. We stayed for 6mos as this was to be our winter spot. We left early and will not go back. I gave one star because the office staff was very friendly and helpful. We did meet a lot of nice people, but the raise in rates and total disarray of the park should keep most people away.

Jane Pascall

This place is indeed wild. You'll hear coyotes at night, and Jane walks the 3 goats everynight at 5 pm. Everyone friendly. Backs up against the desert. There's pet emu's and they sell the eggs. We enjoyed our time there.

I stayed in the park for 6 months. I really liked it there. It was quiet and people were friendly. It’s been almost a month since I left. I was told by Lorie ( I just love her) that the owner would get my meter read, then get me my deposit. Well here it is almost a month and no deposit back. I always paid and kept everything clean. They won’t even update me about what’s going on with it. I’m quite frustrated that this is happening and will be contacting my lawyer if this continues. If they are having issues I don’t see why they can’t call me. I feel as tho I’m bothering Lorie to get updates when the owners should be updating me. I will never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone.
