No employees present nor anyone to answer their phone during operating hours. Their wash machine took $8.50 of money and would not start. Their prices are continually going up too. I have been washing my clothes here for years and they need much better customer service and employment staffing.

Wasn't happy that the machine wouldn't allow me to put money on the laundry card via my debit card and there wasn't a ATM near the facility so I had to find another resource to get my laundry done. However the attendant was helpful and nice. And the facility was clean.

So I've not had the pleasure of meeting her , but I too miss Michelle. The woman there now, Im assuming "maria" is SUPER RUDE and unprofessional. So I had been having breathing trouble for a few days, but life persists.....So I dropped my Laundry off after work (about 5pm) went up the road to run a few errands and ended up having a severe asthma attack. The ambulance took me to the hospital where I was sedated and admitted. Upon waking up the next day I was still exhausted .... (Struggling for Breath can wear ya down) and bed bound at wake med I went back to sleep. Far far from mind were my clothes, at the wash house..all alone and at the mercy of the attendant. I finally had a friend go there 3 days later to no avail. She didnt see my clothes and "Maria" and her lacking basic english skills was not able to ..or maybe willing to is a better fit.....not willing to help. I was released the next day and the following day, day 5, was well enough to go look for my wardrobe. Again Maria no english, No clothes, no understand, no care it seems I was aggravating her... interrupting her sweeping. Perdón Maria. I call the 800 number. The lady calls , guess who.....MARIA!! Who proceeds to tell her she has no idea what clothes were asking about. So all in all, it seems like the attendant, the same attendant that has removed my clothes from washers and dryers SEVERAL times, placing them in a metal cart out in the open for all of Raleigh to take from, Id bet while I was suffocating, she took my clothes out of the wash...and dried them while I was being admitted. When I didnt come round she took what was left of them in the office and probably "donated " them to her and her family members. I have a really dope sense of style and my wardrobe was bought and collected over more than a decade....some of it was priceless due to sentimental atrachment. So I hope whoever got my threads wears them with swagger..and I wish the wash house would consider termination of the employee who OBVIOUSLY has been horrible to other customers if you READ THE REVIEWS. Because I dont know how to say this jn spanish, but a person should have enough work ethic to hang onto what is obviously an important part of someone's possessions, keeping safe sometimes while ,God Forbid, someone be in the hospital trying to recover from what would end up being a fight to breathe...a fight to live. I wish i could Miss Michelle
